MOSCOW, November 15 (Itar-Tass) —— The Syrian opposition wants to settle conflicts without any outside interference, head of the Syrian National Council Burhan Ghalioun said on Tuesday ahead of talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

“We want to overcome the crisis,” he said. “And we want to do it without military interference from the outside.”
