GORNO-ALTAISK, September 27 (Itar-Tass) — Investigators consider three version of the X-32 Bekas plane crash on September 23 in Tuva: pilot's error, technical failure and inferior fuel, the West Siberia investigative department on the transport told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

Specialists from the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) are assisting the group of the investigators. They inspected the runway, the place where the aircraft was parked, retrieved flight and aircraft documents and questioned witnesses.

The republic will pay 100,000 roubles from its reserve fund to observer pilot Aidash Dongak, who was seriously injured, and the family of crew commander Valery Tolmachyov killed in the crash. Additional money will be used to pay for flying the body to his native settlement.

Observer pilot Aidahs Dongak, who remains in serious condition, is in an IT ward of the republic's hospital. He was operated upon on Friday.

On September 23, an X-32 Bekas, a light two-seater, was to have flown to the republic’s Kaa-Khemsky district to monitor the wildfire situation. The plane fell to the ground after it took off at 11:20, local time.

The plane belongs to the Aeromix public company, based in Ryazan. It was leased by Tuva's aerial forest protection service (Avialesookhrana).
