MOSCOW, September 24 (Itar-Tass) — United Russia leader and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin proposed that President Dmitry Medvedev should head the list of United Russia at the elections to the State Duma.

“I propose that the list should be headed by Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev.”
