MAKHACHKALA, September 22 (Itar-Tass) —— The gunmen are blocked at a private house in the village of Novokuli in the Kumtorkali district of Dagestan. The fire exchange is going on.

“The legal regime of the anti-terrorist operation was introduced at 4.15 p.m. Moscow time on Thursday,” a source in the Dagestani information center of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee told Itar-Tass.

The number of blocked gunmen has not been reported yet.
