MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) — Irreplaceable Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky reiterated his plans to run for president at the March 2012 polls.

"I'll certainly run," he told reporters on the sidelines of the LDPR Congress on Tuesday.

He also said the LDPR would hold its 24th Congress on December 13 which is to nominate him as presidential hopeful.
