MOSCOW, September 1 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov considers U.S. additional sanctions on other countries “not partner’s behaviour”.

In the meeting with students and professors of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) on Thursday, Lavrov said sometimes the situation arose when the U.N. Security Council imposed financial-economic sanctions on some or other country.

“Then such countries as the United States and other states declare additional sanctions. For what is to address to the U.N.? It’s not partner’s behaviour,” Lavrov stressed.
