WASHINGTON, April 14. /TASS/. The US Department of State keeps quiet if Moscow had been notified in advance of the plans to start a military operation in Syria.

To a question from TASS a Department of State official replied in the sense nothing could be said at this point apart from President Donald Trump’s official statement.

The White House, the Department of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff also preferred to keep quiet in reply to TASS questions.
