KIEV, March 23. /TASS/. A court in Kiev has admitted that the Prosecutor's Office did not submit sufficient evidence to sustantiate the charges with a state coup attempt issued to the Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda [Nadiya] Savchenko.

"The court did not receive the evidence that would prove the Verkhovna Rada deputy Sanchenko was committing the specified crimes at the moment of her detention," the presiding judge said. "In the light of it, the court finds it necessary to set her free right in the courtroom."
