Personnel was evacuated to a bomb shelter

DONETSK, December 3. /TASS/. The Donetsk water filtering station came under shelling by Ukrainian troops, personnel was evacuated to a bomb shelter, a spokesman for Voda Donbassa, a water utility company, said on Sunday.

"The shelling started at about 16:40 local time. Several shells fell down on the station’s territory, near administrative buildings. The personnel hid at a bomb shelter," the Donetsk News Agency quoted him as saying.

According to preliminary data, shelling was conducted from 82mm mortars.

The area around the Donetsk ware filtering station is one of the most troubled areas in Donbass. It is located near the city of Ysinovatay and supplies water to settlement on both sides of the contact line. Over the period of the conflict in Donbass, the station has been hit by more than 370 shells.
