GENEVA, March 28. /TASS/. The Moscow Group of the Syrian opposition believes that a meeting of all the opposition delegations may take place before the current round of the Geneva talks ends, head of the Moscow Group delegation Muhannad Dleikan said on Tuesday.
"We had a meeting with mister (Gennady) Gatilov (Russian Deputy Foreign Minister) and exchanged views on the negotiation process," he said. "The parties emphasized the need to stick to the UN Security Council Resolution 2254 and work towards forming a united opposition delegation."
"We have also met with other opposition groups during this round of talks but those were informal meetings," Dleikan added. "However, we believe that a full-fledged meeting (of the opposition delegations) is possible until the current negotiation round concludes.".
