MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. The Russian-US high-level working group on issues of the implementation of the memorandum of understanding on air safety in Syria held a regular videoconference on Friday, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
"Participants in the videoconference analyzed the sides’ actions on resolving potentially conflict situation. As part of the implementation of the memorandum, they confirmed the absence of major incidents stemming from the actions of Russia’s aerospace force and the US-led coalition in Syria," the ministry said.
According to the ministry, Russia’s and US’ representatives noted the efficiency and reliability of the existing channels of communication and reiterated readiness to continue contacts.
