LONDON, March 23. /TASS/. The British police have identified the man who committed a terrorist act near the Westminster Palace in London on Wednesday as Khalid Masood, 52, a native of Kent.
Scotland Yard said Masood, who was most recently living in West Milands, had previous jail terms for assaults, including the infliction of grivous bodily harm, possession of offensive weapons and public order offenses.
