WASHINGTON, March 17. /TASS/. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has not ruled out that nuclear weapons may be deployed to contain North Korea’s nuclear threat.

"Nothing has been taken off the table," Tillerson said in the interview with Fox News, in comments if Washington admits the possibility of increasing weapons supplies to Seoul and deploying nuclear weapons to South Korea.

"We’re exchanging views," Tillerson said during his visit to the demilitarized zone on the border between two Koreas.

"The policy of strategic patience has ended," he stressed at a press conference with South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se.
