MINSK, February 20. /TASS/. Members of the Ukraine Contact Group, which is trying to settle the armed civil conflict in eastern Ukraine, have reached agreement on a pullback by February 20 of all the weapons outlawed by the Minsk accords, Martin Sajdik, a special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office to the Minsk talks said on Wednesday.
"The participants have reached agreement on a pullback by February 20 of all the weapons banned by the Minsk accords," he said.
