KIEV, February 12. /TASS/. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delivered more than 130 metric tons of humanitarian aid to self-proclaimed Ukrainian republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, Ukraine’s border guards said.
"Eight Red Cross trucks crossed into the territory outside the government’s control," the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said in a statement.
According to the statement, the trucks, loaded with 130 metric tons of medicines and construction materials, drove through the Novotroitskoye checkpoint Saturday.
