NEW YORK, January 11. /TASS/. Some news organizations took an irresponsible decision to run with a false report, US Vice President-Elect Mike Pence said commenting on media reports saying that Russia allegedly had compromising materials on Donald Trump.
According to Pence, it was "an irresponsible decision of a few news organizations to run with a false report."
CNN earlier reported citing some US officials, that senior intelligence officials had handed a synopsis over to Trump "to demonstrate that Russia had compiled information potentially harmful to both political parties, but only released information damaging to Hillary Clinton and Democrats."
