BEIJING, December 8. /TASS/. China denounces militants’ attack on a Russian military hospital in Syria’s Aleppo, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Lu Kang, told a press briefing on Thursday answering a question from a TASS correspondent.
"We are opposed to any attacks on civilians and humanitarian personnel and condemn them," he noted.
"Our stance on the Syrian crisis is clear. We hope that all parties will adhere to cooperation with each other to avoid clashes and a humanitarian crisis," the diplomat stressed.
Two Russian medical specialists - Nadezhda Durachenko and Galina Mikhailova - were killed on December 5 when militants shelled a mobile military hospital in Aleppo, while pediatrician Vadim Arsentyev was severely wounded.
