VIENNA, November 29. /TASS/. Foreign Minister of Ecuador Guillaume Long urgently canceled the scheduled presentation in the diplomatic academy in Vienna and will meet OPEC Governors in coming hours, a diplomatic source in Vienna told TASS on Tuesday.

"Yes, the speech with the presentation was canceled. Instead, the Minister will hold an unscheduled meeting with OPEC Governors," the source said.

The meeting may take place either in the OPEC headquarters or in a different place, the source added.
