WASHINGTON, November 9. /TASS/. Donald Trump’s chances of winning the US presidential election soared to more than 50% Wednesday, according to a live forecast by the New York times.

Trump currently leads the race in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin. He has already secured a sure victory in 15 states.

His election rival Hillary Clinton emerged victorious in 9 states.
