BRUSSELS, October 20./TASS/. The European Union has no consensus as to new sanctions against Russia over the situation in Syria, European Parliament President Martin Schulz told a news conference after addressing a EU summit in Brussels on Thursday.
"I have a feeling that there is no unanimity on further sanctions against Russia," he said.
