BRUSSELS, October 18. /TASS/. The European Union’s summit, to be held October 20-21 in Brussels, will not adopt decisions on Russia but "will frankly discuss bilateral relations", a high-ranking EU representative told journalists in Brussels on Tuesday.
"One thing is clear - we are not expecting any decisions. We need an honest, frank discussion," he said.
