KIEV, October 18. /TASS/. The participants of the Contact Group on settlement in eastern Ukraine have started their video conference, Darya Olifer, a spokesperson for Kiev’s envoy to the group, Leonid Kuchma, said.
"The video conference of the Trilateral Contact Group has started with the participation of representatives of certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions," Olifer wrote on her Facebook page.
The discussion is expected to focus on the situation with disengagement of forces and hardware near Stanitsa Luganskaya and sharp deterioration on the contact line in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic.
