LUGANSK, October 11. /TASS/. Participants in the Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine have started a videoconference where representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR) plan to raise the issue of Kiev’s non-fulfilment of the agreement on disengagement of forces in Donbass.
"The Contact Group has started a videoconference. Representatives of the republics plan to raise the issue of Kiev’s non-fulfilment of its liabilities under the disengagement agreement," LuganskInformCenter quoted LPR’s chief negotiator Vladislav Deinego as saying.
