Belarusian president greets Putin on his birthday

The Belarus leader said Minsk is interested in fruitful cooperation with Russia

MINSK, October 7. /TASS/. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko greeted Russia’s President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, press service of the Belarusian leader said on Friday.

"The Republic of Belarus is interested in fruitful cooperation with the Russian Federation in all spheres, in deepening of equal and effective cooperation in the integration formats," the greeting reads.

Lukashenko expressed confidence during an honest and open dialogue the parties would be able to settle all current issues of the bilateral agenda, to find common responses to the modern challenges and threats.
