KIEV, September 7. /TASS/. Members of the Contact Group on the settlement of the crisis in the east of Ukraine have begun negotiations in the Belarusian capital Minsk, Darya Olifer, the press secretary of Kiev’s representative in the Group Leonid Kuchma, reported on Wednesday.
"A meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group has started in Minsk," she wrote on her Facebook page.
The Contact Group’s subgroups on security, on humanitarian, economic and political issues started their work in Minsk earlier.
