MOSCOW, September 5. /TASS/. Bahrain’s king has arrived in Moscow to meet with Vladimir Putin on Tuesday and discuss bilateral cooperation, crucial international issues and fighting international terrorism.
"On September 6, President Vladimir Putin will hold negotiations with Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who will be in Russia on a working visit," the Kremlin’s press service announced. "They will exchange views on the current aspects of conditions in the Middle East and North Africa, first and foremost on the subject of fighting international terrorism."
During the upcoming negotiations, the leaders will discuss key issues concerning Russian-Bahraini cooperation, implementing the agreements reached at their meeting in Sochi in February, and they will outline plans for building up bilateral cooperation in various sectors. Priority will be placed on boosting trade and economic ties, the press service reported. Both countries plan to sign several accords following the talks.
