GENEVA, August 26 /TASS/. The team of UN Special Envoy on Syria Staffan de Mistura have re-joined the talks between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, a source close to the negotiations told TASS.
"The special envoy’s team is participating in the Geneva talks again," the source said.
Lavrov and Kerry have been meeting at Geneva’s fashionable President Wilson Hotel since morning with several intervals.
Syria is central to Friday’s talks. The sides focused on coordination of actions in fighting terrorism in Syria.
De Mistura had already arrived at President Wilson in the first half of the day on Friday.
