MINSK, August 26. /TASS/. Members of the Contact Group on the settlement in eastern Ukraine have begun talks in the Belarusian capital Minsk, Darya Olifer, a spokesperson for Kiev’s envoy to the group, Leonid Kuchma, said on Friday.
"A meeting of members of the Trilateral Contact Group has got underway in Minsk," she wrote on Facebook.
Meetings of coordinators of the working subgroups on security, humanitarian, economic and political issues and the subgroups’ talks were earlier held in Minsk.
The agenda of today’s meeting remains unchanged. The parties will again try to reach an agreement on the document on withdrawing troops from the contact line in Donbass. They will also raise the issue of the use of rocket artillery by the Ukrainian army, continue to discuss prisoner exchanges, political issues and restoration of the region’s devastated infrastructure.
