The participants of the Contact Group on settling the crisis in eastern Ukraine agreed to observe the silence regime starting from midnight on April 30. This is the eighth ceasefire agreement since the autumn of 2014. However, the self-defense militias and Kiev forces continue accusing each other of ceasefire violations.
