DONETSK, August 21. /TASS/. A civilian man has received shrapnel wounds in the shelling of the Zaytsevo village in northern Gorlovka carried out by the Kiev forces, a law enforcement source in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic said.

The elderly man has been taken to a hospital in Gorlovka. A residential building was damaged in the artillery shelling of Yasinovataya on Saturday, the Donetsk news agency reported.

The participants of the Contact Group on settling the crisis in eastern Ukraine agreed to observe the silence regime starting from midnight on April 30. This is the eighth ceasefire agreement since the autumn of 2014. However, the Ukrainian army has repeatedly violated the truce opening fire from mortars, tanks and artillery weapons that were to have been withdrawn under the Minsk peace deal.
