Militia source reports ceasefire violations in Ukraine's Donetsk republic

DONETSK, August 18. /TASS/. Kiev forces have fired 113 artillery shells at Yasinovataya and its outskirts, the western suburb of Donetsk, Dokuchayevsk and Yelenovka, a law enforcement source in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic said on Thursday.

The Ukrainian side shelled the DPR’s territory late on Wednesday and in the small hours of Thursday from 122mm and 152mm caliber weapons, the source told the Donetsk news agency.

The forces also used mortars with the caliber of 82mm and 120mm, infantry combat vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms. The villages of Vasilyevka in the Yasinovatsky district, Signalnoye near Dokuchayevsk, Trudovskiye in western Donetsk and Zaytsevo near Gorlovka came under fire.
