The regime of cessation of hostilities has been mostly observed in the majority of Syrian Arab Republic governorates, with seven violations registered in the governorates of Rif Dimashq (5) and Latakia (2), the Russian center for reconciliation of the warring sides in Syria said in a news bulletin posted on the Russian Defense Ministry’s website.
