KIEV, August 5. /TASS/. Ukraine will declare a new mobilization if the situation in the east of the country aggravates, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov told a news conference on Friday.
"If the situation on the front aggravates, a new mobilization will be declared immediately. In a state of war, we cannot do without mobilization," he said.
According to the Ukrainian National Security Council secretary, over the first seven months of the current year the number of professional soldiers in the Ukrainian army has increased by almost 40%
