MOSCOW, July 28. /TASS/.A French delegation’s visit to Crimea will help their compatriots learn the truth about what is happening in the peninsula, State Duma Speaker, Sergey Naryshkin, said at a meeting with French National Assembly Member, Thierry Mariani, on Thursday.
"I am confident that your visit will help the French learn the truth about the situation in Russian Crimea and help Europe realize whether they are going to live according to their own ideas or abide by someone else’s, from the other side of the ocean," he said.
A delegation of 11 French lawmakers and senators will visit Crimea from July 29 to 31 to take part in celebrating Russian Navy Day in Sevastopol. The group will meet local authorities and the Black Sea Fleet’s Commander, Admiral Alexander Vitko.
