Afghan presidential adviser to meet Russian security council’s chief next week

The program of the visit includes consultations on different security issues

MOSCOW, July 20. /TASS/. A delegation led by Afghanistan’s presidential defense adviser Hanif Atmar will visit Russia on July 25-27, the Afghan embassy’s spokesman said on Wednesday.

Meetings with Russian top officials are on the agenda. "Talks with Russian Security Council’s Secretary Nikolai Patrushev are planned," he said.

"The program of the visit has not been finalized yet, consultations on different security issues are expected," the spokesman added.
