ANKARA, July 16. /TASS/. The Turkish coup attempt has been curbed, spokesman for the country’s National Intelligence Organization Nuh Yilmaz said on Saturday.
"The coup attempt in turkey has been curbed. All the events will be over before morning," he told the Turkish NTV television channel, adding that the attempt was made by a group of the Air Force military.
According to the National Intelligence Organization spokesman, security services have detained 13 people in military uniforms who attempted to penetrate into the presidential palace in Ankara.
