ROME, July 12. /TASS/. At least 20 people died in a head-on collision of two trains near Bari in southern Italy, a spokesman for the local administration said on Tuesday.

The accident took place in a railway section linking the towns of Corato and Andria in Apulia on Tuesday morning.

Rescuers are already at the crash site.
