KIEV, July 12. /TASS/. The Ukrainian-American maneuvers Sea Breeze will begin in Ukraine on July 18, spokeswoman for the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Oksana Gavrilyuk said on Tuesday.
"The drills will be held in the Odessa and Nikolayev regions, as well as in the north-western part of the Black Sea," Gavrilyuk is quoted by the UNIAN news agency.
According to her, the exercise will focus on a multinational security operation in a crisis region.
This year, the Ukrainian armed forces plan to take part in 10 multinational exercises, four of which will be held in the country’s territory.
In December 2015, Ukraine adopted a law on the admission of foreign military contingents to the country in 2016 for the participation in multinational manoeuvers in Ukraine.
