MOSCOW, July 7. /TASS/. The United States may grant Russian companies access to new technologies and capital markets in exchange for cooperation in the energy sphere, presidential candidate Donald Trump’s foreign policy adviser Carter Page said.

Prior to his lecture and discussion in the Russian school of economics, Page underscored that he is in Moscow as an individual and refused to answer questions on sanctions, the course of the election campaign in the United States and Russian-US economic cooperation.
