Low-income families of Skalbiyah, in the Hama province, have received four tons of humanitarian cargos with flour, rice, canned meat and fish, and food products

MOSCOW, July 2. /TASS/. The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of Syria, with only two violations registered in the Damascus province over the past 24 hours, Russia’s center for reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria said in its regular daily news bulletin on Saturday.

"Jaysh al-Islam formations, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, have carried out the mortar shelling of positions of the Syrian Armed Forces near Jaubar and Arbil," said the bulletin posted on the Russian defense ministry’s website.

The Russian Aerospace Forces and Syria’s Air Force did not deliver strikes on the units that have announced they are halting combat actions and have informed the Russian or US centers for reconciliation about their location, it said.

No truce agreements with representatives of Syria’s settlements have been achieved. The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 172.

The talks on joining ceasefire regime have continued with field commanders of armed opposition detachments active in the Damascus, Homs and Hama provinces. The number armed groups that declared their commitment to the ceasefire terms remains unchanged - 61.

Low-income families of Skalbiyah, in the Hama province, have received four tons of humanitarian cargos with flour, rice, canned meat and fish, and food products.
