United States imposes sanctions against five Russian companies

The sanctions have been imposed on the grounds of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act

WASHINGTON, July 1. /TASS/. The United States introduced sanctions against several dozen foreign companies, including five Russian entities, on the grounds of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act (INKSNA).

Among them are 150th Aircraft Repair Plant, Instrument Design Bureau, Mechanical Engineering Design Bureau, Kuntsevo Design Bureau and NPO Mashinostroeniya, the US Department of State said on Friday.

According to INKSNA, US federal agencies are prohibited from having business relations and making any commercial transactions with abovementioned companies.
