Germany’s Steinmeier hails improving relations of Russia, Turkey

"We live in the world that has an imprint of conflicts and tensions on and we are trying to find a solution (to current problems)," German Foreign Minister said

YEREVAN, June 30. /TASS/. German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier hails improving relations between Russia and Turkey, he said on Wednesday night after talks with his Armenian counterpart Eduard Nalbandyan.

"We live in the world that has an imprint of conflicts and tensions on and we are trying to find a solution (to current problems)," Steinmeier said, noting "all this will help ease tensions and resolve conflicts."

In this context "it should be welcomed that a tense situation between Russia and Turkey is easing and becoming better," he said.
