MOSCOW, June 27. /TASS/. Intra-Syrian talks must not be interrupted, head of delegation of Syria’s Tomorrow opposition group Ahmad al-Jarba said after the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Monday.

"We discussed the fight against terrorism, Russia is making a huge contribution to this," al-Jarba said, not ruling out cooperation on the ground between Russia and the Syria’s Tomorrow movement.

"We talked about the possibility of immediately ending bombings of residential areas of Syria even if there are the Islamic State and Jabhat al-Nusra there," he said.

"The political solution should be based on the Geneva communique," the opposition leader added.

"We spoke about the need to resume the intra-Syrian talks as soon as possible, they should be stable and must not be interrupted," he stressed.
