MOSCOW, June 20. /TASS/. The Ukrainian security forces over the past 24 hours have eight times opened fire on the positions of the people’s militia of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), the republic’s Defense Ministry told the LuganskInformCenter agency on Monday.

The positions of the LPR militia came under fire from small arms and 82 mm caliber mortars opened from the Stanichno-Luganskky district overnight to June 20.
In addition, fire attacks have been recorded in the area of ··the Golubovskoye settlement from the Novotoshkovskoye settlement and on the Kalinovka village area from the Luganskoye settlement. The LPR people's militia positions also came under fire near the Pionerskoye settlement opened from the Sizoye settlement area. A little later, the LPR positions near the Novokiyevka settlement came under fire from the same direction. The Ukrainian forces uses small arms, the agency said.
"There have been no casualties", the LPR people's militia said.
