NEW YORK, June 12. /TASS/. A state of emergency has been declared in Florida and Orlando after the deadly shooting in a gay nightclub, the city police said on its Twitter account on Sunday.

Fifty people were killed and fifty three others were wounded in the club, the worst terror attack in U.S. history since 9/11, CNN has reported.
