MOSCOW, June 1. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday had a telephone conversation, in the course of which they discussed joint actions against the Jabhat Al-Nusra terrorist grouping, the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry said after the conversation.
"The situation around Syria and particularly the necessity of resolute joint actions against Jabhat Al-Nusra and other terrorist grouping - something the Russian side has long been calling for were the focal points of the discussion," it said.
"Also, they discussed the problems of Palestinian-Israeli peace settlement," the press service said.
