YEREVAN, April 18. /TASS/. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has arrived on a working visit to the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), the presidential press service said on Monday.
Sargsyan arrived in Stepanakert by helicopter. He was welcomed at the airport by President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Saaryan, Armenian Defense Minister Seiran Oganyan and Nagorno-Karabakh defense army commander and defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan.
