Local administration reports shelling of east Ukraine's Donetsk

MOSCOW, April 13. /TASS/. Kiev forces have shelled the western outskirts of Donetsk damaging the settlement of Alexandrovka in the Petrovsky district, head of local administration Maxim Zhukovsky said on Wednesday.

"The settlement of Alexandrovka came under fire at night. Two houses were damaged by shrapnel, their roofs were hit. No civilians were injured or killed," Donetsk News Agency quoted Zhukovsky as saying.

A source in law enforcement agencies of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said that one civilian was injured in the shelling of Donetsk’s Petrovsky district by Ukrainian forces. "One civilian was injured in the shelling by Ukrainian Armed Forces," the source noted.

Kiev forces shelled the outskirts of Dokuchaevsk, Gorlovka and Donetsk, as well as part of the Donetsk-Gorlovka highway near Yasinovataya at night.
