MOSCOW, March 24. /TASS/. Russia’s center for reconciliation in Syria has registered seven truce violations over the past twenty four hours. According to its news bulletin, there were some mortar and multiple rocket launcher bombardments.
"The cessation of hostilities regimen in Syria was observed by and large. Over the past twenty four hours there have been seven truce violations: two in Latakia province and five in Aleppo province," the Russian Defense Ministry said on its website.
In Latakia Province, Ahrar ash-Sham militants mounted mortar attacks against the villages of Sandran and Akch-Baer, the bulletin says.
In the city of Aleppo, the Liva Sultan Murad group attacked Kurdish positions in the Sheikh Maqsood district with multiple rocket launchers, stationed in the area of Ashrafiya.
Russian and Syrian warplanes dealt no strikes against opposition groups that have agreed to join truce.
