DPR militia report four injured in shelling by Ukrainian military

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. Four militia servicemen of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) were injured in the fighting at the Donetsk - Gorlovka road by the Yasinovataya checkpoint, a source at the republic’s military authorities told the Donetsk News Agency on Sunday.

"Last night, in the shelling from positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces of the checkpoint near Yasinovataya were injured four servicemen of the DPR militia," the source said.

The source added all the injured were evacuated from the shelling area and were taken to hospital nearby.

The battle at the Donetsk - Yasinovataya - Gorlovka road continue for more than a week already. The Ukrainian military, supported by tanks and armored vehicles, undertook numerous attempts to break up the defense line. All attacks were repelled. The DPR’s defense ministry latest reports read losses of the Ukrainian military exceed 30 servicemen killed and 73 injured.
